Had Kettle over to help and was able to make some great progress! Meat locker mostly done.
Took Sunday off, but fired up the old smoker for some bacon wrapped fattys! Pizza, Reuben and ham and cheese!
Got about 4 hours to work on smoker today, had to cut 3 more pieces of 2″ square tube and then assemble the insulated bottom to the meat locker. Went pretty well, need to finish some grinding on the welds and then it’ll be all set. I could use some better clamps for metal working… Melted one of the ends by mistake.
Cut the other bottom to the meat cabinet with plasma cutter and the first cut of the 2″ tube steel with the chop saw, slow moving…
Finally got to making the first real cuts tonight. Only one piece so far, but turned out pretty good.
